It meets the minimum requirement for quality. It’s on the light side and not heavy duty. Fits loosely in the receiver. Nothing special

The adjustment shim had to be glued with a liquid cement because the double sided tape was not included! (it was suppose to have been included as per instructions). The long time was to let the cement dry before reinstalling the (bump guard) Hitch Step.

Was disappointed at the ANTI-RATTLE feature. It was just a piece of really hard plastic that you had to figure out of to jam between the receiver and product. NO dbl sided tape ( like the instructions ) doesn't work, or at least it didn't on my new Titan. I basically had to get another flat like material and softly hammer it. Time will tell if it will hold for a period of time. Other than that the quality of the product is nice.

Easy install, looks great, has a little movement even with the added insert. I did not have two way tape to make it stick. Otherwise very satisfied.
