It was a easy install if you have the right tools but took a lot of time to do it myself. As had to crawl under the car and hold the hitch upright to bolt it down.

Hitch was packaged in a cardboard box. The box arrived damaged on one corner. No big deal as the integrity of the metal was not harmed. I installed it quickly. One man installation. Wallah! Looks great as promised.

Install for my 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee hidden hitch was very straight forward. Start to finish took about 20 minutes. I needed to use the provided shims as the fit was loose with out them. With the shims and 75 ft lbs torque it was solid. I would definitely recommend this hidden hitch to others.

Great product for the money, easy to buy and setup videos are very helpful. I can type more words and the meter just keeps going up, I would recommend this product to anyone who loves trailers!

Replacement unit was not 100% the same as the original. Outer tow loops missing and no attachment points for the power harness. Quick install after a lengthy removal of old unit requiring removal of panels and rusty old bolts. A very nice item. Lets see how long it lasts.

Very quick turn around from time of purchase to delivery. Product was exactly as advertised, only had to make a few minor adjustments to fit the car, even though it was made for the make and model.
