Not as easy to install as the instructions indicate. I'd like to meet the man that can install this hitch in 30 minutes. It is heavy and can't be installed by one man. It'll pull down a house!

The spring wire included with the bolts to fish the bolts in place was a very good idea and made install so easy!

Great hitch for my 2017 Mazda CX-5. Just make sure you remove the rubber bushings from the muffler and not the top mounts. You will have have to remove the hitch all over again to reinstall the bushings to the top mounts.

This hitch is quality all the way. I found the fit perfect and the directions easy to follow. I was not in a hurry and it took a little over an hour. I would recommend it to everyone.

Well I didn’t receive the item because it was back ordered. This is fine but the drawtite I received was not an exact fit for my vehicle and the package was shredded which lost the instructions (they weren’t really needed) however the extreme delay in receiving the product was beyond frustrating. Communication was decent.
