Chevy Express Trailer Hitches & Towing

I ordered the plow before in 2021- it took a long time to get to me. I began the assembly but the scraper plate holes did not match up. I waited another two weeks for a new set. In the meantime, I discovered I had two driver side plow scoops! Another delay. Finally, in mid-Jan, I had the parts to complete assembly, I thought. The pieces of metal designed to hold the snow deflector in place were incorrectly manufactured. I was not waiting - I bored holes and completed the assembly. The instructions are barely understandable and the pictures are difficult to follow, I was working in a well equipped shop with a master mechanic (over 100 years experience between us) and even with all the parts, I doubt this assembly could have been done in 3-4 hours. It is done and mounted. It looks good but I have not used it yet. It is sturdy and Aaron at customer service has been outstanding.
