The quality and appearance of this hitch was top notch. I have no doubt that it will work well for everything I want to do with it. I will say that the installation time was longer than indicated in the estimates on my 2009 Town and Country Limited with the 4.0L engine. I don't have a lift and found no way to access the passenger 12mm mounting bolt other than raising the rear passenger side tire off the ground to create more room to access that bolt through the wheel well. I didn't have to remove the wheel, which would have made it easier yet. The muffler and pipe had to be propped out of the way with a block of wood after removing the hanger bolts. Although the included instructions gave the impression that the fascia would need notching, I didn't find that necessary as it did not show any noticeable deformation due to the receiver pressing against it after everything was torqued down. As a side note, I thought about removing the muffler by loosing the pipe at the first clamp ahead of the muffler, but I found that the clamp had be factory welded after being tightened down so that loosening the nut on the clamp had no effect.

Was delivered very quickly. I would have liked more carriage bolts and locking squares. It bolted to the frame very easily and loved the wire guides. Watch a YouTube video first to get a feel of the project.

Seems like it will work out OK. I had the same type of hitch installed on my other van about 4 months before I traded in. This hitch I installed myself and saved over a $100.00. It was not that hard after I got everything situated. It fit perfectly !

This order was handled well and I am happy with the product. The first order was wrong but they took care of me fast and I'm happy.
