A good-looking product that is built extremely well. Relatively easy to install by yourself outside in the dark and cold so I figure two people could whip this out in no time in a heated garage!!! Great pricing from AutoAccessories Garage made this a no-brainer purchase. Take the time to call their outstanding customer service, you won't be disappointed.
The Backrack looks fantastic once installed. Instructions was lacking in useful information that could have speed up the install time. However, it was pretty straightforward to figure out. Package arrived with no damage to the box!
Installed on a 2009 Dodge Ram with rambox. The bolts in the hardware kit were 1" and I had to go buy 1 1/4" replacements as the bolts were too short to attach. Also it seemed like it wanted to install at an angle like the mounts were not totally straight. Had to put some good pressure on it to get it lined up as I tightened down the bolts. It takes up about 3 inches of my bed space which is a little bit of a bummer as I have a two seat ATV that I drove through the back window recently because it just barely fits. The headache rack should stop that from happening again but it might not leave much room for the ATV in the short bed.
