If you have kids and own a vehicle with a tailgate, buy this now. I have two daughters and they have almost hurt themselves opening the tailgate without me there. Now they can open it and I know it won’t come down on them. The only caveat is the instructions I got were in black & White. Tough to clearly see the pictures. This added a little time to the install process.
My only complaint with the mat is that it was dirty. It almost looked like it was used and returned. But I'm sure it will get good and dirty in due time. But it was easy to install, the fit is good and I'm sure it will do good job protecting my spray on bed liner, and keeping things from sliding around.

Even though my F150 has a torsion bar to make it lighter, it also has the step tailgate, with the built-in pull-out step and pull-up handle. It handled the extra weight of this optional step very well, and I have ordered a second one as a gift for my brother.
