Your factory intake has been restricting your engine's power for too long. It's about time you bolted on an aFe Magnum Force Air Intake System and let your engine out. The aFe Magnum Force Air Intake provides wide open air flow to your engine, giving you quicker acceleration and up to a whopping 50 extra horsepower.

aFe Intakes are available in two different stages, depending on your vehicle. Stage 1 systems replace your factory air intake box and filter, while the Stage 2 system replaces the factory box, air filter, and intake tube.

Your aFe Intake's components are custom-tuned to your specific make, model, and year vehicle for the most ideal flow. Kits include an aFe performance air filter, as well as a steel powdercoated heat shield that keeps the air cooler and denser. The aFe Intake works great with other aftermarket upgrades for the ultimate in performance. All this comes in a bolt-on kit that installs in as little as 15 minutes with simple hand tools!

aFe backs your Intake System with a Lifetime Warranty.

Note: Thanks to the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act: US Code - Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301 - 2312, the factory warranty of your vehicle is protected by law, even after the addition of aftermarket parts.

Everything went smooth until my friend and I tried to align the throttle body spot to the intake box. The two points where the rubber couplings mount don't look 100%. Meaning the part where the air box is dose not sit right to get 100% maximum air flow it's a little off probably losing some air flow. When you stall it you will know what I mean. Other then that issue it works very well and I gained 1.5 mpg. It also puts out a decent growl when you get on it.

There was a problem with the air intake tube. I contacted AAG and they worked with me and aFe to get a replacement to me. aFe's supplier had drilled the hole wrong. It was inconvenient but I did appreciate that AAG took responsibility to facilitate correction of the error. The Air Intake System is on now and performing well.

Deceptive Advertising! I installed it on my 2008 BMW 528. After using it for about eight weeks I removed it and reinstalled the stock air intake. The AFE produced noticeably less horsepower and the MPG slightly decreased. The only increase I noticed was noise. I do not recommend this unless perhaps if you also install a more free flowing exhaust and have the computer reprogrammed.

Not the easiest product to install but I blame VW for that. Great sounding intake doesnt make that noise most intakes make but it gets the job done. Never heard my turbo spool as mush as it does now. I have a stock DV and everyone thinks I installed a BOV on my car too. Improved throttle response and gas mileage. Best upgrade to my car so far.

So far so good... was a great upgrade for the car, easy to install, a bit better mpg but can really feel the power in the lower RPMs now.

The Install was easy and quick the only issue I had was the OEM parts on vehicle were worn. Use vasoline to lube hose over CAI port and its easy day. All the holes lined up perfectly and I have gotten +1-2 MPG already on highway. So its doing its job perfectly.
