    This is the third weather shield car cover I have owned. The last one lasted more than six years. The fabric didn't rot, just the thread. These covers really protect the car and are easy to keep clean-just throw them in the washing machine. The cost a little more, but that pays off in the long run.

    I purchased these clamps as an extra accessory to the car cover that I purchased. These are a must since most likely strong gusts of wind will occasionally remove or shift your car cover. I only gave it a four-star review because the clamps are plastic, which regardless still do the job, but one of them wasn't clicking/locking properly. We managed to tighten it regardless and made sure it was snug but that would be the only reason why I didn't give it five stars. Affordable and a much needed accessory if you purchase a car cover. I attached a photo to show how snug the car cover is underneath the vehicle.

    The clamps are a little bit hard to actuate and install in cold weather while wearing gloves.

    Buy it it is a snap to install and a real pain to tie down the car with out it.Think about it without the gust guard snap on you have to tie one end to cover and throw rope under the car and try to grab it on the otherside to tie it--good luck with that lol

    Not so great. The clips pull off while tightening the thing. My cover fit so well, I wish I had not purchased these.
