Looks and feels solid. The racks rest very on the roof top. Good products.

It's durable and easy enough to install, though you should budget 1-2 hours for the initial install. At $300 overall, good value per money compared to other models.

The measurements given with the product made no sense. Tried to find out the proper measurements from the website. Got frustrated - gave up. I had to cut and recut the plastic measuring strip and then had to fit it "by eye" hope it works.

The materials are good, and the workmanship is good. The instructions are a nightmare. I was installing on a 2005 Corolla. The sequence for installation was wrong, the order of the instructions had me doing some tasks before other, necessary tasks were done, and the measured distances were wrong. I would have been better off to not read the instructions at all. The problem, I think, is that the instructions are to be used for a number of different models, and sized, vehicles, and the author became extremely confused. The product is good, though, and after I threw away the instructions and just eyeballed the installation, it went smoothly.

The product itself is a very good design, however, it arrived missing pieces (end caps) and the instructions from rhino-rack were wrong, specifically the length to set the "feet" were off by 8-3/8th inches as you can see in the attached picture. When I called Rhino-rack to let them know I spoke with a very rude customer service person. I asked to speak to his manager and was on hold for over 4 minutes - I'm pretty sure the next person I spoke to was his buddy, not a manager who was then over the top "saccharine sweet". The remedy was to use new measurements and measuring strips that they would send me. To summarize - great product but terrible customer support from Rhino Rack. Customer support means a lot to me - I will not purchase another rhino-rack product because of this.

Nice cross bars. The instructions weren’t the best or easiest to follow. Although if you look on YouTube you’ll find enough to help you get it right. I’d give 5 stars but I get noise coming from the bars when traveling the highway over 65 mpg. (I am going to adjust and move the bars to see if that reduces the noise) I do like them and they serve the purpose I need them for. I would recommend these. I ordered on July 2 and they arrived on July 13 not the quickest shipping but the Independence Day holiday was stuck in there. Good customer service in the chat too. I used it several times to make sure I was ordering the correct parts and to check on the shipping. I am pleased with this company.

The Rhino rack is a bit of a jig saw puzzle but well worth the effort once upon installed! I suggest drilling a pilot hole in the CX9 trim strips, then completing through the metal underside for a better hole. To better handle my 17' canoe I am using the factory front and rear mounts for longer spacing. Totally happy!

The measurements on the spec sheet for my Prius were very wrong. We had to figure out placing of the legs ourselves. The brackets were not long enough to allow the leg pads to sit in the grooves on the roof.we had to place them closer to edge of roof to allow whole pad to make contact with roof. Front just fits. I took a short drive with my paddle board on top to test it out and the rack held tight. Driving without anything on the rack it creates s lot of noise.
