Nice design; side walls are too thin; the side walls were deformed in shipping; can be reshaped but deform easily;

This item is very easy to install. It comes rolled and you do need to unroll it and let it sit about 20 minutes. I found that placing heavy objects (books, bricks, etc.) in each corner helped this process. In addition to providing a non-slip surface for items, it also keeps the fabric dry and clean. We have a dog and had to keep him in the car. Unfortunately, it was raining so I opened the rear hatch and pulled the liner out a few inches to protect the interior fabric. It did a great job as the minimal amount of water was caught in the liner, the dog had a great air circulation and the interior fabric remained dry.
