I found the instructional video most helpful with the installation of the AutoVentshade. Clearly, one wrong move in attaching the adhesive to the vehicle hood could spell disaster. Pay attention to the tips offered by the technician! They're GOLDEN. With the instructions made clear, the installation was a breeze.

The fit was good. However not to sure how long it will stay on the vehicle. I cleaned the hood. And also used the adhesive pre-treatment that was in the box. However after putting the bug shield down and holding it in place to make sure the binding tape held. By the next day on both side of the shield where the hood has a bend it popped up and did not stay glued down. However the rest of it did make a good bond so I did not want to try and pull on it and risk damaging the paint on the vehicle.

Appears to be high quality. Looks good on the car. Hopefully it continues to stick as it seems to be stuck on there very well. Negative. Does not fit exactly the shape of the hood. In pre fitting and when applying, both ends hang about a ¼" below the hood line. Being it sticks so well I was able to push it up into place without difficulty. Something for the designers to look into. It is on my 2024 Honda Pilot.
