Stones and bugs on the highway are at best an annoyance on your windshield and at worst a serious road hazard. Don't let rocks, bugs, and debris get the best of your ride by outfitting your vehicle with a WeatherTech Bug Deflector.

This bug shield is made of ultra-strong, scratch-resistant acrylic plastic that gladly takes a beating and still looks great. The smoked finish gives a nice custom look to your front-end, and its carefully engineered design provides tough protection while maintaining aerodynamic integrity. Installation takes under 10 minutes, and requires no drilling. Simply attach the Deflector with 3M automotive-grade double-sided tape, or use fasteners that mount into existing holes in your vehicle's hood (for most vehicles).

Don't let the road's tiniest hazards ruin your vehicle's front end. Keep your vehicle showroom-ready with a WeatherTech Bug Deflector. Backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

After buying and having to return 3 AVS branded bug deflectors due to screw hole misalignment I finally bought the weather tech model. I first set it in place and loosely fastened 2 screws to check the alignment which turned out to be perfectly spot on. I then installed the remaining screws and tightened them to appropriate torque specs.

Looks great wish the inserts and screws were a little tighter. Easy to install and would recommend buying for your truck.

Cheap plastic screws are easy to round out and not tighten. I had to spend most of the time getting the plastic grommets to stay in hole long enough to tighten the plastic screws. I had to go purchase some good grommets and screws to finish installation.

Installed in a 2021 RAM 1500 New Body and it looks great. The screws that you install will not tighten so you have to push them in until they seat and you hear them pop. Looks great and seems like it will not move. Worth it.
