One of the ventvisors was dimpled throughout. Your customer service told me they couldn't replace just one, but to take a picture, which they would send to the vendor, to ask for a replacement. They came in 3 days. A friend came over and within an hour we had the vent shades on the car. They look, and work great, especially in rainy Florida. Several men and women complemented me on how good they looked and, asked where they could get them for their cars.

Spent a few hours trying to do this myself. Finally asked a neighbor for help and it was completed in 10-15 minutes. You probably should mention in the installation procedure that it is much easier with two people doing the instasllation. Very happy with the results. Nice product.l
