I had one of these a few years ago in my Dodge truck. It worked well in it and that’s why I bought one for my 2006 Silverado. It does not look, or work well with the factory sun visors at all. It doesn’t work with the design of the cab and the placement of it is obstructing too much of the upper windshield. I would not recommend this product for 2006 GM trucks.

Purchased this with carrying a rifle in mind. My truck has a overhead console, rifle won't fit. I should of read the description better, still would purchase it again.
