Cheap Materials and bad instructions. The instructions aren't great, but the company does have an install youtube video, I suggest watching it. This was a gift for my husband and I paid more because I wanted him to have a great quality product. The plastic zipper had teeth missing and one of the plastic clamps busted under the stress of installing the soft top. For how expensive this was I would expect better quality. I wish I would have just purchased a cheaper one since it would have been about the same quality.
