Very well made with the exception of the plastic covers over the metal brackets. The mounting holes do not fit the brackets and the covers themselves did not fit very well on the brackets and under the truck. I called the manufacturer and inquired as to how to address this issue and they said they have had a lot of complaints about the problem but didn't have a solution for it. They did however send a picture of a completed installation with the covers on but not with enough detail to see how they did it.
