    Product arrived intact despite the condition of shipping carton. It looks great, leaked first day then I touched it up with a little silicone. Still waiting for those results, maybe consider installing drain hoses in the rear too. The stop bar was catching on the underside of the cover, adding washers fixed that. I noticed that where the weatherstripping on the left and right sides of the canister lid cannot seal completely because of the transition point where it rides up over the cover bracket. It would be okay if all of the water went into the canister. Like the product itself. Good heavy-duty construction. The directions of course were a little lacking. A few tweaks and this is the best on the market.

    I replaced the Bakflip G2 with a retractable version. The G2 was super easy to install, this one not so much. If I had known I had to drill holes in the bed I wouldn't have bought it. The screws that were furnished to mount the bracket on the bed sides are way too small and I put some sturdier ones in. The instructions leave a lot to be desired. Fortunately, I know my way around the garage and now how to fix and install stuff so I figured it out. I had to adjust things the next day to close up the tail gate gap and I had to reposition the top cover. None of this is covered in the instructions, but since I'm a mechanical genius it wasn't a big deal. I like the appearance, the quality is very good. I think my G2 was actually built a little better but I don't have any complaints about this one. It took me and a friend a little over an hour to install.

    The canister section arrived damaged (the damage appeared to be due to rough handling by the shipper). I contacted BAK and was promptly shipped a replacement canister. Kudos to BAK. The cover looks and works great.

    This cover looks good BUT it leaks like a wet diaper. I contacted Bak and all they told me is to try to readjust it. The also told me that the Rollbak is their least water proof cover they sell. Very disappointed.
