    Great service, awesome product. I would like to see design changes: I have a 5.5’ box, but the Retrax box is same size for all box sizes and with the handle on the driver side there’s a tendency for the passenger side to lag.

    Although I feel the cover was expensive the material was of extremely good quality. When put together the pieces fit together very well, the screws lined up perfectly, and the cover fit on my truck perfectly. A minor thing that wasn’t explained in the you tube installation was that when I went to lock the handle down it wouldn’t latch. I had to turn out the set screw underneath with an Allen wrench to make it snap shut. The cover looks absolutely great on the truck. I’ve gotten numerous compliments on the looks of it. Well done, don’t ever cheapen the material up.

    Fit was ok. Water 💦 leaks minor. Lock 🔒 is great. Slides smooth. Easier to install. Getting it squared is a task.

    I was really pleased with entire process. The product packaging was solid and arrived unscathed! The instructions were very easy to follow! Installation took right at an hour with myself and a buddy doing the install. Finished product looks like it came out of the Ford Dearborn factory!!! Very Impressed and pleased!
