    The first chest came in with a latch that wouldn't work and the lid was twisted so it couldn't close properly. I promptly returned it for replacement. The second one came with no apparent damage to the packaging but upon removing it from the box we found 2 significant dents in the chest. Packaging was terrible. Just a cardboard box with no protection for the product.
