While the industry standard is .75" thick, the Factor 55 Offset Hawse Fairlead doubles the thickness. This 1.5" fairlead gives you a larger outer fillet radius for your synthetic rope to slide against. That means less stress and a longer life for your synthetic rope.
Your Factor 55 Offset Hawse Fairlead is the industry's first fairlead that works with the extra-large ½" diameter rope tube thimbles. An outer corner chamfer further reduces rope stress, making this the perfect component for those who plan to use their winch as a front suspension suck down device. A Type II hard anodized finish prevents abrasion damage from gritty rope better than raw, polished, or powder-coated Aluminum.
