I received my running boards in a damaged carton. Unfortunately, one of the metal support brackets was slightly bent. I immediately informed AAG, who in turn contacted Raptor. I expected hassles from everyone, but to my surprise, AAG forwarded my memo, along with pictures of the damaged bracket, to Raptor the same day! Not only did I received a replaced bracket in a timely manner, Raptor sent a completely new set of brackets. I am totally pleased with my new running boards. Good customer service all around!
