BakFlip MX4 Tonneau Cover 448602

When I received the visors , one was broken. I contacted Auto Accessories and they handled issue immediately. Although I didn't instal the visors, Auto Accessories Garage took care of my issue with the "BEST customer service that I have experienced in a long time. Certainly a 5 STAR company*****!! Auto Accessories is at the top of my list, if I am ever in the market for any type of accessories for any of my vehicles.

2023 Honda Ridgeline- Really nice tonneau cover. Very well made, looks great and fits nicely. I wish the vehicle specific instructions were a little better and had covered where the drain lines go. Also, they claim the upper tie downs cannot be reused but they can easily- the screws are more than long enough. Only complaint is with Auto Accessories Garage- they promised shipping within 3 days. After 6 days I had to contact them to find out why it hadn't shipped yet. They finally got manufacturer to ship 3 days after that. Not a huge deal- I just felt AAG should have contacted me and let me know it was delayed.

Looks great, instructions on drain pipe could have been more clear on how it works and how to install. If you done it several times it would be more clear to you but a first timer it was not clear.

This is a sharp looking cover for my Honda Ridgeline. Fits well, after first rain, no water in bed. The covers are a little weak and can come off easily, also careful not to break them off.

Directions to install in my Honda Ridgeline were Not in the box. Had to call my brother in law to Find a youtube presentation on how to do it. You sent all the rails, clamps, etc., just no info on How it install it Otherwise it is great.

While the product itself was sturdy, installation was complex and proper instructions weren’t provided. Even after multiple tries of installing and uninstalling the product still doesn’t latch properly near the tailgate.

My Honda Ridgeline comes with a very nice bed liner. This made the installation more uniform and square. It was a little confusing because the instructions were for three steps. Once I understood that the first step was installation of guide rail it went smoothly. Having two people is important as two heads kept everything squared up and aligned.

The instructions were a little difficult to interpret. If you had mentioned that the two sets of rails had to be used together it would have been easier to install. After looking at a you tube video we figured it out. The cover looks great and is just what I wanted.

Install would have been half the time had I not installed the outside rails on the wrong sides. Unlike the inside rails, they weren't marked L or R and I chose incorrectly. So, wasted a lot of time trying to figure out why the clamps wouldn't work, re-re-re-read the instructions and re-watch video. Suggest marking the rails. Otherwise, the installation went smoothly. A couple of minor comments: - The weather strip on the front of the bed prevents the small cover's edge from sitting flat. Perhaps it wasn't to be put on. - The little plastic rounded end trim for the back of the rails had to be trimmed to allow the section to fit flat on the tail gate. - Honda doesn't really have a way to run the drain hose without drilling out the existing 1/4" bed drain holes. The top looks great on the truck. Overall, a very good product.

Great cover. Fits my Honda Ridgeline well and goes ever better with the Bed Rug!

I was frustrated because I didn't see the directions for the bars I had to put on before installing cover. However, when I called they immediately realized the problem and sent me the directions. Turned out the original ones were in the box and I didn't see them. They were badly damaged but usable. I found them when I flattened the box for recycling. The fit and finish are very nice. It is too soon for me to know what problems I may have if any because I only installed it this week. I was disappointed how long it took to arrive.

Use the YouTube video. The directions are fine, but the video is better. Super strong cover!! Looks like it came with my ridgeline from the showroom. Actually better than the OEM.

I bought this BAK4 cover for a 2020 Honda Ridgeline. My son and I installed it today. We are both experienced with all things mechanical. It took us about 3 hours to figure it all out and complete the installation. The online videos are helpful but it takes longer to do than I expected, however, we wanted a 1st. class job and took our time to make sure everything fit just right. I feel this cover will provide more security for items in the bed of the truck. That is the only reason I would buy this cover instead of the Access roll up model that is on my other truck.

Very pleased with everything about the transaction except for the instructions which are inadequate. Videos on YouTube are much better. It took 1.75 hours to install by myself on my 2019 Honda Ridgeline.

Install a little challenging for a Honda Ridgeline until you know the ropes. Due to flat sides of the composite bed, there is no cavity to attach rail retaining fasteners to. As a result, an additional set of rails must be installed by using the holes and torx bolts from the upper Honda bed tie downs. You must purchase a 50Torx bit to remove and reuse these bolts. That’s step one. The frustrating part is that the packaging is deceiving with the extra Ridgeline rails and parts hidden in a long cardboard box that has no labels and appears to just be packaging/padding. BakFlip Industries could avoid many customer calls just by labeling the extra box. It does take a keen eye and a little engineering thought with the instructions to be able to get some of the clamps correctly positioned with each other. A little trial and error. Very satisfied with product once installed. Many positive features. But I have not taken it out nor parked it in the rain yet. I don’t believe any of these covers are completely leak proof and don’t expect it to be.

Looks really good and fit great! Directions that came with with were pretty good and I watched a you tube video that was very helpful! It took about an hour to install.

Took a little longer to install because of tie down hook bolt thread problem. Cover went on okay after getting the right instructions for the Ridgeline. Honestly, expected easier, better experience.

High quality, nice new features since my 2011 purchase for my 2010 ridgeline.

I'm very happy about this product excellent top cover.

It took 4 hours to figure out we had the rails facing the wrong way then it went on in about 20 Minutes. It was not the product but the instructions weren't clear so it took someone walking by to actually say hay the seal goes on the outside. All good and it works perfectly.
