I really like the cover. It came earlier than promised which was very good. However in shipping there was a small indentation in the underside of the middle panel. I didn't see until after installation had begun. I checked the box and there was a corresponding hole. Shipping. Anyway I called Auto Accessories and they took the claim with pictures and within about 4 days replied a new one was on the way. I am very happy now not just with the cover but also the service. Will use again. Robert-

According to the BBB they are not. rated 5, they are 1.5 and according to complaints online, the same issues are repeated over and over. I spent over 10 hours of phone calls with this company trying to repair, replace or return the item. Finally after 2 weeks of tag, I said just return it. Their answer is. always it is up to the manufacturer. WRONG, by law you are the retailer, it is your responsibility as the sales gent to handle the sale and your prerogative to deal with the manufacturer. The cover will not stay down, it rattles once you get to 70MPH and bonuses, It destroyed the plastic lining onto with marks from the unit banging. it as I was driving. They refused to help with that. too. Latch won't catch and hold. unit down, track screws are cheap and strip easy. Destroyed screws were removed with my Milwaukee drill but the extractor got stuck in the drill so it can't be used now. The seals are not even or low enough to sea; correct. It just a horrible junky unit and a horrible place to buy from. Some of your representatives argue on the phone. hang up while other present to care but nothing gets done till ou finally get management involved. Even after the management gets involved it takes several days to get things going. Weekends, holidays, manufacturer and more BULLSHIT than you can imagine. Even their parent company NAPA at the local stop. refused to help. The had me drive to a NAPA store for assistance and that didn't work. I will never buy from them or recommend the company or their products. Certainly not Leer from anyone. either. All junk, with no support. After three weeks of headache I got. refund. Let's see if they really post this review.

It has a nice design but the same day of installation it lightly rained and there was water in my bed afterwards around the folding seams. The cover was fully attached down. My reason for paying a 1000 was specifically looks, quality and water tightness. I did not want to go cheap and yet it is not that at all.
