When you make a habit of driving from A to B with a loaded truck bed, you know the value of keeping your gear covered. No style of truck bed cover looks or performs better than a retracting cover, but the bulky canisters often eat up more bed space than you have to offer. Now you can have a retractable tonneau cover without compromising on space, and in a sleek and stylish powder coated Aluminum construction with the Pace Edwards Switchblade Metal Tonneau Cover.

The simple clamp-in design of your Pace Edwards Switchblade Metal Tonneau Cover means you can have it on (and off again) in mere minutes – without ever reaching for the drill. Pace Edwards’ Continuous Tension Spring™ systems allows this cover to smoothly and quickly close or retract in just seconds. Plus, a full width handle and convenient pull-strap make this cover easy-to-use from every angle.

Designed with crew cabs and extra-short cabs in mind, the canister of this tonneau takes up as little space as possible - and still provides full rear visibility. Not only that, but with nothing more than a screwdriver and a wrench you can take the canister out for complete bed access at a moment’s notice. Backed by a 1-Year Warranty.

Overall seems great. Took longer than expected to install. There are different brackets for front and rear and that was not detailed in my instructions or I was missing a page. So I messed with trying to get the bracket on and it ended up being for rear. Other than that super easy to install and looks great. Seemed to leak more than I had hoped in car wash but it is a lot of water pressure and air blowing in dryer.

Good quality. Bought the one that keeps the stake bed holes available (kind of). Leaks at the back two corners. Probably wouldn’t if I had purchased the one that covers the too sides.

Instructions could be clearer with more illustrations. There was missing hardware 3 bolts, 4 flat washers and 4 split lock washers. Other than that the product appears to be pretty good so far, it’s only been on for one day.

Arrived within a reasonable time, under the (COVID-19) circumstances. Very well packaged in two boxes. Relatively easy to install by myself. Looks great. Seems to function well, so far. I have a 2019 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali and I had to drill two holes for the drain tubes. Haven't had an opportunity to dry test the but I need a car wash soon. Maybe I'll update once I do. Only thing I'm curious about is, when I look in the rear-view I see the cover "bouncing" (vibrating) toward the center of the tailgate. Time will tell if that causes any structural breakdown as the miles rack up. Overall, very satisfied. SO MUCH better than the flip cover I had before on the bak of another truck.

I was able to install without assistance in a little over an hour. Instructions were simple. The metal cover is sturdy.

Oh scale of 1 to 10 about a five. I would say it just looked OK. Everything fit and worked fine, but that’s about all I can say about it.
