We just purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V and it didn't have a hitch. We have bikes and can't lift them onto a roof rack, much less on a bumper rack. We've purchased a two inch hitch rack that allows for low wheel and easy loading. Therefore, we believe in overkill and purchased the Curt bumper rack. It arrived the next day by UPS and we had it mounted in about 30 minutes with out any help. The directions are clear and concise along with the parts. I couldn't be happier.
Install Time: Under 30 minutes
The receiver was more then adequate for the CRV and I installed it myself with jack and jack stands. It took longer by myself but got it done.

I ordered the Curt Hitch Receiver for the 2015 CRV. I ordered on a Thursday and received the receiver the very next day! This has set the standard for delivery very high and has raised my expectations of other retailers. The box was slightly ripped on one corner but the receiver was in perfect condition. The hitch was put installed by myself the very next day without too much hassle. I kept the underbody cover on when cutting and did not run into any trouble. The receiver looks great and it does what it is supposed to. The price was one of the lowest and the shipping was free to boot!

The diagram of the rubber isolator removal needs to be larger and a bit more clear how to proceed. We figured it out and all went well. Overall the product is of high quality.
