    Its a cable and lock. Took a couple minutes to install. Its good for preventing theft I guess but its not for preventing severe wind from catching under the cover and exceeding the elastic capability for keeping the cover in place. No storage pouch included, tiny keys that will get lost.

    It is a very cheap lock and will not last. I would rather pay more than have a made in China lock.

    Cable and lock was easy to install on the Covercraft cover. The cable and smaller eyelet has enough heft to it where you can easily "sling it" to the opposing side of the car with ease. No crawling under the vehicle to retrieve it when putting the lock on. A little force is needed to get the lock eyelet through the nylon grommet on each side of the cover. Better than nothing securing the cover.

    Simple little padlock and vinyl covered cable. Not going to really stop anyone from stealing it other than a really lame thief. It's more there for me to keep the cover from flying away in a really strong wind. It may fly off the car, though it fits so well it would have to be a damn strong wind. At least the lock and cable would hold it in the vicinity until I could remove it.
