I bought a 2007 GMC with 6 foot bed. My husband had put in a B&W goosenck hitch and said "Honey your 4 horse gooseneck trailer is very close in the turning radius if your careful you might be all right but I would like to see you have 4 more inches so you are less likely to hit he cab." So we put on the extender and now turn is much safer for the cab of the truck. Thanks
