While waiting two days to stop raining, I unpacked the sway bar kit and organized the bolts, nuts and all the brackets. You need to lubricate all the rubber bushings with the included silicone grease if you don't or use something else it will squeak. When I began the job, I went under the rear of the truck but I took down the spare tire to have extra room. Holding the sway bar seemed to be a two man job but I used jack-stands to position the bar while installing the clamps on the rear axle. Leave all the fasteners loose until all the parts are installed. I used a string and nut for a plumb line to position the brackets and nut/bolt. The crossbar will push into position under the inner wheel well (its cardboard). Put in the sway bar links offset to the drivers' side. I received the Hellwig LP15 spring kit quickly and checked that all parts were there. Installation was quick except my one complaint was that I had to chase a few shackle bolt threads to start the nuts. Great add on to my 2012 Colorado Z71 Crew-cab requiring only deep sockets, ratchet, torque wrench, 7/16 thread die and utility knife to trim the ears on the vibration pads that were factory installed under the front spring straps. With that modification, I did not need to remove any factory spring straps or the bracket that supports the brake lines. The project was great works as expected. The instructions could be improved greatly more generic than vehicle specific. I would definitely recommend it for the Colorado.
